Bought my car back in November & the next day there was an issue with the breaks & I had to wait over a week to get it fixed. Do NOT buy from this place unless you read every single paper. Do NOT give them the tittle to your trade in vehicle untill you get yours for your car. My husband and I went in on 9-23 thought we were approved cause that's what we were told. We traded in our vehicle as a downpayment. 30 days later temp tags expired, dealer wont return our calls about tittle or when they do just tell us it was "delayed" a couple days, call dmv find out dealer has a lein on tittle of the car we "purchased&...

Bought a truck from travers and brought it home to find rust everywhere. When I left a poor review they told me if I took my review down they would look into fixing the issues but never did a thing. They have lots of people going through the same situation but could care less apparently.

I would never buy there again the Finance guy didn't include my sales tax now I'm stuck with a car I can't drive. He keeps lying about he can't rewind the contract and the bank said he could he only doing this because I'm young and a woman. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
Be careful in buying a vehicle here. After negotiating a sale of a 28,000 truck the dealer had to do some warranty work on the vehicle. The dealer has had the vehicle for nearly 4 weeks, and the only reason I know what is going on with the vehicle is that I had to track down the repair shop they sent it to. I can go on, but that isn’t worth it. Just look someone else.
My experience with them was not good. I found their listing on Cargurus.com and inquired about a truck. The salesman was great getting back in a timely manner and friendly. I made it clear though that I lived 2hrs away, what my top dollar was, the max length I'd be willing to go with the loan, and what I was able to put down.
